Terms

How Independent mode protects your client
In an Independent report we sell no fix to the tested store for 12 months, so the store and its buyer can trust the result is not a lead for us. Independence policy.
Referral fees
None, in either direction, during validation, so a referral is about the work. If we ever pay or receive one, it will be disclosed here and in the report.
Errors-and-omissions insurance
We will buy E&O insurance before our first partner engagement and state the cover here. Our liability on every engagement is capped at the fee paid.
Conflicts
We disclose any relationship with a vendor, agency or platform on the report and on this page. Current disclosures: none.
